Returns

You can return a saree within seven days of delivery, provided it is unused, unaltered and has its tags intact.

Sarees that have been stitched, cut, or altered in any way cannot be returned. This includes a blouse piece that has been cut from the saree.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we have received and checked the returned saree, the refund is issued; how long it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Starting a return

Contact us with your order number and tell us which saree you are returning and why. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back — please do not ship a return until we have.

Damaged or wrong items

If a saree arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the shipping cost. Photographs of the problem help us sort it out faster.
